All our products are made up of 100% vegan leather and handcrafted Indian fabrics such as Ikat,  other handloom fabrics, block printed fabric etc.

Vegan leather is a synthetic material which does not use any animal skin. It is artificially manufactured and does not harm any animals in the process. You can read more about vegan leather on the Petawebsite 

All our products are carefully hand made by skilled artisans. We take immense care to make high quality, perfect finished bags for our customers.

In case of light strains, you can clean the fabric part by taking a wet cloth and wiping the fabric. For the vegan leather part, wipe the strain off using cotton soaked in any oil, like coconut oil. Do not clean the fabric with oil or any other chemical. Heavy strains are tough to clean.

We have an integrated payment platform on our website where you can use Debit Cards, Credit Cards, UPI & Net Banking for making the payment. We also offer option of Cash-On-Delivery across the country. 

The product will be despatched after 24 hours of receipt of the order. The exact delivery time will be based on the shipping pincode. Generally we take at least 3-4 days to deliver to any metro cities in India and 5-6 days in rest of the India. 

The customer needs to send an intimation by mail to within 48 hours of delivery if he/she wants to return the product. It will be the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product is not damaged while it is being returned. The customer will have to bear the shipping expenses for sending the products back to Pataaka Studio at the address mentioned below:

The payment will be refunded within 15 days of receipt of the product and only on confirmation that it hasn’t been damaged during transit.

Additionally, in case of COD mode of delivery, the customer needs to share his/her bank details on the email id mentioned above to initiate the refund. However, the funds will be sent only to the person who had placed the order and not to any third party. 

Yes you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. However, once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.  

Yes, we do accept bulk/ corporate orders. The minimum order size needs to be 30 units or minimum value of ₹10,000.
